We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns

If you're not happy with your product, you may return it within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us with photos and a description of the issue within 7 days of receiving your item.

3. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
